Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must be in the original packaging.
A variety of products are exempt from returns. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-refundable items:

  • Gift card.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Some health and personal care items.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only a partial refund is given:

  • Book with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Any item not in its original condition with damaged or missing parts not due to our fault.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified day.

Late or missing returns
If you still haven’t received the refund, check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank. Only regular value items can be returned. Sale items cannot be returned.

If the item is marked as a gift and purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a gift certificate.
